Find it by what it looks like Describe what you are after. Galleri reads your pictures on your own machine, so “a storm at sea” finds the storms and nothing is ever uploaded. Tags and colours narrow it down.
Keep it together Collections for every project, notes beside the pictures and documents alongside them, in a library that is simply a folder on your disk.
Built for looking,
not for managing.
Search by colour. Pick a colour and see only the pictures made of it, the most of it first. It narrows whatever else you asked for.
Notes in the same library. A line, a palette or a whole brief, kept in the same library as the pictures it is about. Notes are Markdown files you can open anywhere.
Warm greys, the ochre in the Turner, and the sea in Homer after the storm.

Palette for the coast series
Warm greys, the ochre in the Turner, and the sea in Homer after the storm.
Keep the horizon low, and let the weather be the subject.
Documents with the references. Keep the brief with the pictures it asked for. PDFs, Word and Markdown, found by their first page and their words.
Brief · coast series
Six prints for the spring show, each one a stretch of coast at a different hour. The palette stays with the references: warm greys and a low ochre light.
Keep the horizon low and the sky large.YounowUse the Homer after the storm for the sea. The boats are small and few; the weather is the subject.
Yours, on your disk. Your library is a folder. It opens on a plane, search runs on your own machine, and one click writes a backup you keep.
Write the way you think.
Keep every note as a file you own.
Press / for any block: headings, to-dos, quotes, code, dividers, even a Spotify or Apple Music card. Every note is a Markdown file on your disk, saved as you type and readable in any editor, today or in ten years.

Made for people who collect
Moodboards that do not live in forty browser tabs, and the reference you saw last spring, found by describing it.
Poses, palettes and textures filed by project, and searchable by colour when the palette is all you remember.
Materials, precedents and site photos next to the brief and the PDFs that came with it.
Lighting references and shot lists on your own disk, next to the work, never in someone else’s cloud.
Figures, scans and papers in one library, with notes written right beside what they are about.
A portfolio of everything that ever inspired you, kept on your own disk.

PDFs set in Source Serif
Choose serif when you export a note and the whole PDF is set in Source Serif, from the cover to the tables, with the typeface carried inside the file.
See changelogPDFs with a cover of their own
Exporting a note as a PDF opens a sheet now: pick a cover in any colour, a typeface and a paper size, and watch it come together in a live preview.
See changelogFavorites, and notes that export as PDF
Star what you love and it gets a place of its own in the sidebar. Advanced notes export as a PDF, and a Markdown file can come in as a note.

Before you buy.
Yes. Your library, search by meaning and tags all run on your computer, so Galleri works on a plane. It only goes online to check your licence, fetch updates, and download the search model once when you turn it on.
In a folder on your own disk, one for each library. Pictures stay as image files and notes as Markdown, so you can open them without Galleri. Nothing is uploaded.
No. Search by meaning and suggested tags come from a model that runs on your machine. Your pictures and what you search for never leave it.
Yes. Your licence is for you, not for one machine: sign in with your email and access code on each of your computers. To take a library along, export it from Settings and import it on the other one.
Galleri keeps working, for good, with every version released during your year. You can extend updates whenever you like, for 6 months or a year, and the new period starts where yours ended.
It includes every new version for as long as you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Install Save on Galleri for Chrome, right-click a picture and choose Save on Galleri. It goes straight into the library open on your computer, along with the page it came from.
Windows 10 and 11, macOS on Apple silicon (M1 and later), and Linux (Debian and Ubuntu). One licence covers all of them.
